At Civiltest, we understand the power of community and the importance of building strong connections. By sponsoring various local organisations, we aim to forge meaningful relationships and demonstrate our commitment to the people and causes that make a difference in our area.
As our CEO Grant Gibbs puts it, “Our goal is to be a pillar of support and a symbol of community care. We want everyone to feel we are here to make a difference.”
For us, sponsorship goes beyond business interests. We proudly support local initiatives such as the Titans Boys Rugby Club in Perth, the Mornington Junior Football Club (where we contributed funds for uniforms), and the Wodonga Raiders Football Club.
“Our sponsorships are about giving back to the community without expecting anything in return,” Grant explains. “We want our community to know that we champion their efforts, support their needs, and truly care about their well-being.”
We also support the Albury Wodonga Christmas Appeal by contributing funds to purchase toys for children in need. This initiative helps run the annual Christmas event and supports cross-border care for children, which Albury Wodonga Health provides.
Grant highlights, “We contribute financially towards the appeal, which helps purchase toys and support the event. We like knowing kids can have a fun and a happy day.”
The impact of our contributions is also evident through Civi the Sloth, our unofficial mascot. Gifted to us as a leftover toy from the appeal, Civi has become a cherished part of our team, travelling across the country and posing with Civiltest team members.
As we continue to invest in local initiatives, we remain committed to nurturing community growth and providing meaningful support. We are honoured to contribute to the vibrant efforts within our community and look forward to further strengthening our role as a supportive partner.
